Microsoft, GIC and Emtek Group to invest in Bukalapak in a $100m deal.

Microsoft, GIC and Emtek Group, an Indonesian technology, telecommunication and media conglomerate, agreed to invest in Bukalapak, an Indonesian online marketplace, in a $100m deal. The deal takes Bukalapak closer to its target of raising $200 million to bankroll an online expansion. The company is in discussions with other potential investors to secure additional capital.
