Graham Partners, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Teamvantage, an outsourced manufacturer specializing in clean room injection molding, precision machining, and assembly capabilities primarily serving the medical device industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Graham was attracted to Teamvantage’s niche market position and differentiated offering – the business has a strong focus on materials science and engineering, which cements its position as a value-added partner to its customers,” Joe Heinmiller, Graham Partners Managing Principal.
