Oak Hill Capital to invest in Race Communications.

Oak Hill Capital, an American private equity firm, agreed to invest in Race Communications, a telecommunications and technology company in California. The transaction is expected to close by early 2021, pending customary regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed. Together, we will work to close the digital divide by deploying fiber optic networks in unserved and underserved markets.
