Madison Industries, a metal products designer, completed the acquisition of United CoolAir, a manufacturer of compact and modular packaged indoor air solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Madison Industries’ mission aligns perfectly with that of United CoolAir – specifically, to make the world safer, healthier and more productive,” Neil Tucker, United CoolAir President.
