Wynn Resorts, a developer and operator of high end hotels and casinos, and Betbull, a sports betting company, formed a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We expect this transaction to position Wynn Resorts to capitalize on developing opportunities in digital and interactive sports betting and gaming throughout the US, by combining Wynn Resorts' nationally recognized brand with BetBull's digital sports betting operational capabilities and technology," Wynn Resorts.
