Agilitas to acquire TenCate Advanced Armour from Royal Ten Cate for $240m.

Private equity firm Agilitas agreed to acquire TenCate Advanced Armour, a manufacturer of lightweight survivability solutions, from Royal Ten Cate, a Dutch industrial conglomerate, for $240m. "It has been a pleasure to work with management on identifying multi-dimensional transformational opportunities for TenCate Advanced Armour.
