Logicalis to acquire iZeno.

Logicalis, a provider of information technology solutions and managed services, agreed to acquire iZeno, a digital transformation and IT services firm in South-East Asia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "There is strong alignment between Logicalis and iZeno, in terms of vision, opportunities for joint value creation and mutual focus on customer-centricity.
