Blackhawk Network, a provider of prepaid and financial payments products for consumers and businesses, competed the acquisition of NGC, a company providing management consulting services, from LaSalle Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Blackhawk has long been a leader in the gift card and incentives industry and has been a long-standing partner of NGC.
