Eagle Four Partners and Lyon Living to acquire the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Spa from Host Hotels & Resorts for $216m.

Eagle Four Partners, a private equity firm, and Lyon Living, a property management company, agreed to acquire the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Spa, a leisure and group event hotel, from Host Hotels & Resorts, a real estate investment trust, for $216m. "As local owners and operators, we are thrilled to be acquiring the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Spa and adding it to our portfolio of iconic hospitality and lifestyle residential assets.
