PAG, an Asia-focused alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 48% stake in Perm Chemical, a producer of chemistry products specializing in fluoro-organic products, from Bioprocess Capital Partners, a closed-end investment fund specializing in venture investments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
