AcadeMedia, a Northern Europe ́s largest education company, agreed to acquire RE Skolor, which operate one compulsory school in Stockholm, from the Riverside Company for $21m. The divestment includes operations in compulsory school, upper secondary school, and higher vocational education. “We look forward to work together with the staff and management at these units and to continue to develop the organization together.
