AcadeMedia completed the acquisition of Swedish Education Group from The Riverside Company for £19m.

AcadeMedia, an independent education provider in Northern Europe, completed the acquisition of Swedish Education Group, an operator of private schools, from The Riverside Company, an investment firm, for £19m. “We look forward to work together with the staff and management at these units and to continue to develop the organization together. The acquisition is in line with AcadeMedia’s strategy and it strengthens our position as a long-term education provider,” Marcus Strömberg, AcadeMedia CEO.
