Innova Capital to invest in Bielenda Kosmetyki.

Private equity firm Innova Capital agreed to invest in Bielenda Kosmetyki, one of the biggest domestic producers of facial care cosmetics in Poland. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Cooperation with one of the most respected and fastest growing Polish cosmetics companies – Bielenda Kosmetyki – in the takeover of the Soraya and Dermika brands is very satisfying for us.
