Genstar Capital-backed Advarra to acquire IntegReview.

Genstar Capital-backed Advarra, a provider of institutional review board, institutional biosafety committee, quality and compliance consulting services, agreed to acquire IntegReview, an AAHRPP-accredited central IRB. Financial terms were not disclosed. "IntegReview and Advarra share a mission-driven passion for protecting clinical trial participants.
