NCP-backed SmartWave Technologies completed the acquisition of Multi-Tech Systems.

Northlane Capital Partners-backed SmartWave Technologies, a sensing, component authentication and low energy circuit design company, completed the acquisition of Multi-Tech Systems, a manufacturer of telecommunication equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Internet of Things marketplace extends across industrial and commercial segments.
