Sapiens International, which offers digital software platforms, solutions and services for the property & casualty, life, pension & annuity, reinsurance, financial & compliance, agreed to acquire Tia Technology, a provider of a flexible software platform to insurers all over the world, from EQT, for £59m ($80m). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed by end of this month.
