Voya Financial, an American financial, retirement, investment and insurance company, completed the acquisition of G Squared Capital, a venture capital fund manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction supports our focus on building best-in-class equity portfolios that meet our clients’ long-term investment needs.
