J2 Global to acquire Inspired eLearning.

J2 Global, an American publicly traded technology company, agreed to acquire Inspired eLearning, a SaaS provider of cybersecurity awareness and compliance training solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Inspired eLearning will remain in San Antonio and has plans for growth locally, Inspired eLearning CEO Kyle Metcalf said, adding that this is something the company has been working toward for a long time.
