One Equity-backed Infobip, a global cloud communications company, agreed to acquire OpenMarket, a provider of mobile messaging solutions to enterprises, from Amdocs, which specializes in software and services for communications, media and financial services providers, for $300m. “This transaction marks a significant leap forward in our journey towards exponential growth.
