Sovereign wealth fund GIC agreed to acquire a 17% stake in AC Energy Philippines, the energy platform of Ayala, one of the largest business groups in the Philippines, for $412m. The investment will be implemented through a subscription for 4bn primary shares via a private placement, AC Energy said.
