Harris Computer completed the acquisition of Commerce Decisions from QinetiQ for $13m.

Harris Computer, a mission-critical software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Commerce Decisions, a provider of strategic evaluation solutions, from QinetiQ, a British multinational defense technology company, for $13m. “This transaction adds uniquely knowledgeable talent to our organization and products that complement our public sector portfolio.
