Tata Consultancy Services, an Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company, agreed to acquire Pramerica Systems, a developer of software applications, from Prudential Financial. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal deepens the Indian IT giant’s relationship with a key client and expands its foothold in Ireland and Europe. Pramerica staff will continue to provide a range of digital and technology services to Prudential.
