Scotts Miracle-Gro completed the acquisition of AeroGrow for $20m.

Scotts Miracle-Gro, a provider of gardening and lawncare products, completed the acquisition of AeroGrow, a firm engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of indoor aeroponic gardening systems, for $20m. The merger agreement provides that each share of common stock of the company, will be automatically converted into the right to receive $3 in cash.
