BusinessOn, a software company, completed the acquisition of Plan It Partners, a data analysis specialist, for $25m. “This contract has laid the foundation to cover all areas of the big data business, and the data analysis and planning capabilities of both companies are combined to provide advanced analysis solutions," Plan It Partners.
