EQT Partners to acquire a majority stake in thinkproject from TA Associates.

EQT Partners agreed to acquire a majority stake in thinkproject, an European SaaS provider for construction and engineering projects, from TA Associates, a private equity firm. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
