Trafigura completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Vostok Oil from Rosneft.

Trafigura, a Singaporean-domiciled multinational commodity trading company, completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Vostok Oil, a global energy company, from Rosneft, a Russian integrated energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Vostok oil project is located in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The proven resource base of the project for liquid hydrocarbons is 6bn metric tons, or 44bn barrels.
