Banco Santander to acquire technology assets of Wirecard.

Banco Santander, a commercial bank, agreed to acquire payment solutions for merchants for acquiring and issuance services assets of Wirecard, an insolvent German payment processor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Santander, we aim to provide the best payment solutions and services to our customers.
