Normec Group completed the acquisition of Organic Waste Systems.

Normec Group, a provider of testing, inspection and certification services, completed the acquisition of Organic Waste Systems, a company in the construction and operation of anaerobic digestion plants. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted that OWS has chosen to partner with Normec.
