Autodesk completed the acquisition of Spacemaker for $240m.

Autodesk, a supplier of PC software and multimedia tools, completed the acquisition of Spacemaker, a Norwegian firm whose software is used by architects to create and evaluate buildings or urban developments, from private equity firms Northzone Ventures, Atomico, and Round Hill, for $240m.
