Croda International, a British speciality chemicals company, completed the acquisition of Iberchem, a global fragrance manufacturer, for €820m ($973m). Croda said the acquisition gives it access to businesses beyond its core in the fragrances and flavors market, with significant exposure to emerging markets, particularly in Latin America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
