Aksia Group to acquire Nappi 1911.

Aksia Group, an Italian private equity firm, agreed to acquire Nappi 1911, an Italian company in the production of ingredients and semi-finished products for artisanal gelato and ice cream, pastry and general sweets industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
