Embracer Group to acquire Snapshot Games.

Embracer Group, a Swedish video game holding company based in Karlstad, agreed to acquire Snapshot Games, the independent video game developer behind premium strategy title Phoenix Point. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled that Snapshot is joining forces with the world class team at Saber.
