PAI Partners-backed Stella Group, a France-headquartered door and gate manufacturer, completed the acquisition of DuoTherm Rolladen, a Germany-based roller shutters producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am delighted that DuoTherm is joining StellaGroup. Stella's industrial know-how and values will make us even more competitive," André Barth, DuoTherm CEO.
