A Latino-led management group headed by Fuse Media CEO Miguel "Mike" Roggero completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Fuse Media, an English-language, entertainment brand serving Latino, multicultural millennial and GenZ audiences. Financial terms were not disclosed.
