TrønderEnergi, a Norwegian energy company, completed the acquisition of a stake in Scandinavian Biogas, a producer of biogas in the Nordics. Financial terms were not disclosed.Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the transaction, Scandinavian Biogas acquires all shares of Biokraft owned by TrønderEnergi with payment through 30m newly issued shares in Scandinavian Biogas as authorized by the annual general meeting in Scandinavian Biogas held in June 2020.
