Vantage Data Centers, a global provider of hyperscale data center campuses, agreed to acquire the data center operations of Hyperscale, an end-to-end global provider of technology products and value-added services. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of its continuing growth strategy, Hypertec plans to significantly increase its investments in research and development, artificial intelligence and green technologies as a means to enhance its product and service offerings to its targeted customers in the financial services, healthcare, media and communication sectors, as well as to optimize and increase the efficiency of its own operations.
