Ace Equity completed the acquisition of Korea Information Technology for $50m.

Ace Equity, a private equity fund manager, completed the acquisition of Korea Information Technology, a system integrator, for $50m. "Korea Information Technology is expected to benefit from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's plan to complete the nation's autonomous driving infrastructure and the government and local governments to invest in smart city infrastructure," Ace Equity.
