Busy Bees to acquire Think Childcare for $71m.

Busy Bees, a cay care center, offered to acquire Think Childcare, a quality care and education services provider, for $71m. The bid is at A$1.75 per share by contrast to A$1.35 bid from Alceon, an Australian investment manager.
