H2 Equity Partners to acquire Optegra.

H2 Equity Partners, an investment firm, agreed to acquire Optegra International, a pan-European ophthalmology group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Following H2’s investment, management will work closely with H2 to deliver Optegra’s ambitious growth strategy and ensure it continues to provide excellent care and service to its patients.
