AIT Worldwide Logistics completed the acquisition of Panther Logistics from LDC.

AIT Worldwide Logistics, a supply chain solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Panther Logistics a UK firm with expertise in e-Commerce residential transportation logistics, from private equity firm LDC. Financial terms were not disclosed.
