Everwood Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire photovoltaic project portfolio from Prodiel, a Spanish energy company for €750m ($890m). Once the investment is completed, Everwood Capital's management team will be in charge of the active management of the entire value chain. The firm plans to sell the portfolio of assets once they are in operation in 2026, the natural buyers being either industrial companies or large financial entities.
