Uniphar to acquire RRD International.

Uniphar, a diversified healthcare services organisation, agreed to acquire RRD International, a US-based pharmaceutical advisory group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The highly experienced RRD team brings deep US regulatory insights which will further accelerate our growth towards market leadership.
