J-Star, a Japanese private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Shirayuki Fuukin, a Japanese homeware brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We will exert to grow the business together with the management by enhancing Shirayuki Fuukin’s brand, product development, and marketing aspects,” Rokuro Haraat, J-Star Representative Director.
