EQT Infrastructure and Proximus to form a joint venture.

EQT Infrastructure, an equity investment company, and Proximus, a provider of digital services and communication solutions operating in the Belgian and international markets, are set to form a joint venture, a partnership that will design, build and maintain a fiber-to-the-home network in Flanders. EQT Infrastructure will initially own 50.1% of the JV and Proximus will hold 49.9%. Financial terms were not disclosed.
