Filtration Group, a filtration company, completed the acquisition of AFPRO Filters, a company specialized in design, manufacturing, assembly and distribution of air filters. Financial terms were not disclosed. AFPRO Filters is also part of the consortium of companies that produces face masks for the Dutch government to cover the substantial increase of demand during the Covid-19 pandemic.
