Blackstone to acquire DCI.

Blackstone, a private equity alternative investment management firm, agreed to acquire DCI, a pioneer in quantitative credit investing. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2020. “Joining Blackstone Credit will provide DCI’s team and investors with access to unparalleled institutional resources and asset management expertise and accelerate the development of innovative solutions in corporate credit,” Tim Kasta, DCI CEO.
