TA Associates-backed Odealim Group completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Digital Insure, a France-based digital insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Digital Insure will be able to develop its diversification policy and position itself in new markets, both through organic growth and through acquisitions. It is also a rapprochement with very dynamic teams that complement those of Digital Insure. We are delighted to take this new step with Odealim,” Jean Orgonasi, Digital Insure co-founder.
