Lightspeed POS completed the acquisition of Upserve from Vista Equity Partners for $430m.

Lightspeed POS, a provider of cloud-based, omnichannel commerce platforms, completed the acquisition of Upserve, a restaurant management cloud-software company based in Rhode Island, from private equity firms Vista Equity Partners, First Round Capital, Pritzker Group, Shasta Ventures and NextView Ventures for $430m.
