Prestige Beverage Group completed the acquisition of Windsor Canadian Whisky brand from Beam Suntory.

Prestige Beverage Group, an importer and brand owner of award-winning wines and spirits, completed the acquisition of Windsor Canadian Whisky brand, a long running Canadian whisky brand, from Beam Suntory, a beverage company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Windsor is a historic and beloved brand with deep roots and loyal consumers, which makes it the perfect addition to our growing wine and spirits portfolio.
