Kampf Schneid- & Wickeltechnik, a provider of future-proof machines and solutions with the highest level of technology and extensive services for their global customers, completed the acquisition of Atlas Converting Equipment, a manufacturer of slitting and rewinding machines and vacuum metallizers. Financial terms were not disclosed. KAMPF, ATLAS & TITAN will continue to serve independently, innovative solutions combined with worldwide services, giving high security for their customers’ investment. The companies will create a new quality in terms of application – and process knowledge as well as automation and digitization.
